Method: Muddle cucumber, lemon juice and ginger syrup in a mixing tin. Add Pimm’s Cup and ice. Shake and strain into a rocks filled highball. Top with TÖST and garnish with a cucumber wheel and any fruits of the season.

“TÖSTED” CRANBERRY-APPLE CIDER PUNCH

4 cups apple cider, chilled

2 cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled

2 cups Tost, chilled

1 can (12oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate

apple slices & orange slices for garnish

frozen cranberries (optional for garnish)

rosemary cranberry sprig (for individual garnish - as shown in image)

Method: In a container, combine cider, cranberry juice, and orange juice concentrate. Refrigerate until serving time.  Just before serving pour punch into punch bowl and add chilled TÖST. Garnish with crisp apple slice, sliced orange & rosemary-cranberry skewer.


GREEN MOUNTIAN GIN FIZZ

2 ounces gin

Dash of lemon juicE

1 teaspoon simple syrup

1 egg white, whipped (optional)

3 oz TÖST

Maraschino cherry for garnish


SMOKY MOUNTAIN SUNSHINE

2 tsp Dorset Maple Reserve Smoked and Spicy Maple Syrup

2 oz bourbon

Top with TÖST

Shake and garnish with a lemon wheel and lemongrass


CLASSIC MOJITO

12 fresh mint leaves, plus 5 small sprigs for garnish

ROCKING RUM PUNCH

1 splash grenadine syrup

1 oz light rum

1 oz dark rum

¼ cup fresh pineapple juice

¼ cup fresh orange juice

Pinch freshly grated nutmeg, optional

Chopped fresh pineapple and oranges


SPICY SPIKED PEACH LEMONADE

2 tsp Dorset Maple Reserve Smoked and Spicy Maple Syrup

½ cup lemonade plus fresh lemon juice

1 oz pureed peaches

Shake together and garnish with charred peach slice and chili pepper


BLACKBERRY BASIL MOJITO

2 oz light rum

1/4 oz egg white

combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake

add ice and shake vigorously 10 seconds

pour into cocktail glass and garnish with blackberry
